<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the phenomenon of aerosol formation reducing the separation efficiency of a filter and caused when there exists ammonia in flue gas in an inlet region in an electrofilter having negative corona. SOLUTION: In an electrofilter, in order to remove gaseous ammonia causing the aerosol formation and to suppress corona in an inlet region E of the electrofilter, the 2nd spray electrode 3 and a deposition electrode 1 are connected so that corona can be formed there, and on the other hand, in a section R located downstream in the flow direction of flue gas, the 1st spray electrode 2 and the deposition electrode 1 are connected so that negative corona can be formed there.</p> |
