A vented removable cap (10) includes an outer cylindrical member (12) and an inner cap member (14) suspendedly mounted in the cylindrical member (12). A partial enclosure wall is integrally formed with the cylindrical member (12) at an end thereof. The partial enclosure wall includes a circumferential hub (20) having at least one radially extending rib (22) and at least one arcuately-shaped aperture (18). The inner cap member (14) is mounted within the circumferential hub (20) by the engagement of a head portion (34) of the inner cap member (14) with a circumferential ledge (26) disposed in the hub (20).
