PURPOSE: To provide a device which has a substitute function for a lifeline and is brought in an area struck by the disaster or in the adjacent thereof so as to appropriately deal with the disaster in a short time. CONSTITUTION: An information base pack 100 in which a large-scale screen, a projector, a personal computer, etc., are mounted is so constituted as to be transported by a truck 150 or a helicopter. When it is installed on a disaster- stricken area, it communicates with a disaster prevention center 20, etc., via a telecommunication line and provides the residents in the disaster-stricken area with the disaster information by conveying and projecting the disaster information. The picture in the site can be sent to the disaster prevention center 20. |
