PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray stereo image formation method which can form a stereo subtraction image using only one unit. SOLUTION: Two mask images different in focal position are formed and filled images are formed continuously. Photographing systems 5, 6 and 7 make a pendulum motion between the two focal positions to subtract the respective filled images from the corresponding mask images to reproduce subtraction images with a monitor 9.
