摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To detoxify a coating film as an additive material and to reduce the lowering of physical properties by applying flame treatment to a synthetic material stuck with a coating film to carbonize only the coating film and coarsely grinding the flame treated synthetic resin material to extrude the coarsely ground matter while melting the same to regenerate a raw material and using the regenerated raw material as a resin material. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin waste material 1 becoming a regenerated resin product is arranged in relation to a flame emitting device 4 and a flame is emitted toward the surface of the coating film 2 applied to the synthetic resin waste material from the flame emitting device 4 so that heat is not transmitted to a base material resin 3 to carbonize only the coating film 2. Subsequently, the flame treated synthetic resin waste material obtained through the flame treatment process is sent to a coarsely grinding process to be charged in a grinder 5. The coasely ground matter 6 sent from the coarsely grinding process is charged in a melting extruder 7 to be melted and the molten coarsely ground matter 6 is processed and molded into a fine rod-shaped strand 8. The strand 8 is charged in a raw material producing apparatus to be regenerated as a raw material and square columnar pellets are produced from this raw material as a molding material.</p>
