PURPOSE: To provide a device for evaluating traffic information provision system on which with various traffic information provision systems are easily mounted and which can evaluate and verify them fast. CONSTITUTION: A traffic flow simulation device 1 which simulates travels of vehicles and a signal control system on a road map, a link necessary time calculating device 2 which calculates necessary times between main intersections outputted from the traffic flow simulation device 1, a route calculating device 3 which calculates plural vehicle travel routes between a start and an end point and their necessary times from the calculated necessary times, and a route providing device 4 which stores the calculated vehicle travel routes and their necessary times and sends them when inquired of by the traffic flow simulation device are decentralized to and arranged on plural CPUs. They are connected to a communication management device 5 which prescribes the communication procedure and data transmission/reception formats among the respective devices and manages the transmission and reception of data among the devices, and a traffic information provision system which is simulated by the connected means is evaluated. |
