PURPOSE: To perform high-precision and safe controls and further reduce the dimensions by providing a state transition signal generating, unit for outputting trigger signals when a count-up signal is output from a state duration counter, and a trigger generating signal is input from a state decoder. CONSTITUTION: ON-time data output from an ON-time computing unit 41, dead time data output from a fixed data storing unit 42, and a D-low upper limit value data are selected by data selector unit 43 and taken in. Various data taken in to the data selector unit 43 are supplied to a state duration counter 44. The state duration counter 44 starts the counting from a data value loaded, and a count-up signal is output at the same time with the count-up. This count-up signal is supplied to a state transition signal generating unit 45, and the state transition signal generating unit 45 outputs a trigger signal by inputting a count-up signal. |
