发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROL OF PUMPING PLANT
摘要 FIELD: automation of plants with electric pumps, especially submersible pumps servicing a remote water tower; public, agricultural and railway water supply systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in measuring the pressure at delivery pipe line with electric drive of pump disconnected, comparing this pressure with preset minimum pressure corresponding to lower level of water tower and switching on the electric drive of pumping plant at pressure not exceeding minimum preset pressure at preset interval equal to duration of hydraulic transient processes, pressure at starting is noted and is summed up with pressure differential between upper and lower levels of water in water tower, resultant magnitude is stored; present magnitude of pressure is subtracted from resultant magnitude; in case result is negative, electric drive is switched off. Device proposed for realization of this method has pressure sensor and magnetic starter which switches on electric drive of pumping plant; device is also provided with signal conversion unit setting unit, program and memory units and amplifier. Analog-type pressure sensor is connected with first input of signal conversion unit whose second input is connected with output of setting unit and third input is connected with first output of program unit whose first input is connected with output signal conversion unit; second input of program unit is connected with input of memory unit whose output is connected with second input of program unit whose third output is connected with input of amplifier whose output is connected with magnetic starter. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
