PURPOSE: To secure vacancy time of a parking lot and eliminate insufficiency space in the parking lot by inputting confirming operation to a computer through a telephone line when a usable parking space is retrieved, setting the right to use the desired parking space for a parking time specified for the parking space, and informing the user in voice unless the parking space is retrieved. CONSTITUTION: Pillow type display units 5 which are previously given specific code numbers are installed as vehicle stoppers in respective spaces of a parking lot which is usable in monthly contact. The code numbers specifying the respective parking spaces and membership code numbers specifying members are registered in respective masters on a magnetic disk device 16. A parking lot user inputs the code number of a desired parking space to park and the start time and end time of parking to the computer 11 through the telephone line, etc., to obtain the right to use for the specified parking time, and at the time of failure in obtaining the right, the user is informed in voice of it. The insufficiency of the parking lot can be solved. |
