<p>PURPOSE: To shorten the time for testing a memory such as a CPU control ROM built in a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION: This microcomputer is provided with a CPU 1, CPU control ROM 3 for controlling the CPU 1 as a built-in memory, input/output ports P-S as built-in peripheral functional circuits, input/output buffers corresponding to the input/output ports P-S, and control terminal 10 for test for setting a control signal for test to be activated when testing the CPU control ROM 3 and further, selectors SL0-SL2 are provided to input the output signals of the input/output port P-S and the CPU control ROM 3, to select the output signal of the CPU control ROM 3 by activating the control signal for test and to simultaneously output it to input/output buffers BF0-BF2.</p> |
