<p>PURPOSE: To attain the safety operation of a plant by monitoring jobs a periodic inspection. CONSTITUTION: The equipment is made up of a job monitoring means 1 monitoring a scheduled and current works and jobs relating to periodic inspection and maintenance, an equipment monitoring means 2 monitoring an operation state of a plant equipment, a process monitoring means 3 monitoring a state of the plant based on a process signal from the plant, a display processing section 4 displaying monitoring information from the monitoring means 1-3, a safety reference information file 5 storing the reference of safety evaluation of the plant conducted by the monitoring means 1-3, a job work information file 11 storing various information as to job and word relating to the periodic inspection and maintenance, a work schedule 12 storing the names of executionable jobs managed by the job monitoring means 1, an operation history information file 21 managed by the equipment monitoring means 2 based on execution/release of equipment operation, and a plant equipment/structure information file 22 storing the plant equipment information and plant structure information.</p> |
