摘要 FIELD: mechanical engineering; engines; conversion and utilization of shock absorbing, braking, fuel mixture compression and exhaust energy. SUBSTANCE: device has stator with split separating disk connected by branch pipe with loading resistors, intake, outlet, bypass ports and covers at end faces. Two-section rotor with blades is mounted on shaft in stator space and two sealing rotors driven by shaft of first rotor are arranged at periphery to provide inversely proportional change of volume of adjacent chambers in operation towards larger area blade; sealing rotor of this chamber is displaced opposite to second one behind the bypass port owing to displacement of blades and elbow branch pipe connecting the parts. Electric generator is mounted on rotor shaft through clutch. Load resistor of generator is located in elbow branch pipe. Load resistor accumulates braking energy converting it into thermal energy with subsequent delivery of energy to working medium in chambers to increase speed of fuel mixture ignition and to raise temperature in chambers by use of utilized braking energy. Electric beam radiators are installed over stator periphery. Radiators are switched on and off by distributor operated by chemical energy accumulator which loads the generator at braking. Generators for utilization of cushioning energy are secured on vehicle body above wheelset axle. Elbow members with carriers are secured on generator shafts. Other ends of carriers are hinge-coupled with axle. Energy from generators is delivered to chemical accumulator and to load resistor mounted in branch pipe. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.
