CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board 13 is locked to the protrusion 19 provided on a board 1, the board 13 is moved on the board l at the protrusion 19 as a fulcrum, and a speed detecting sensor 11 provided on the board 13 is oppositely disposed at a predetermined distance on an FG magnet 10. |
