FIELD: mechanical engineering; hydraulic systems; positive displacement variable-delivery pump with two-step control characteristic. SUBSTANCE: pump has cylinder block 1 with pistons 2 resting on inclined plate 3 pressed by spring 4 to servopiston 5, regulator 6 and electrohydraulic valve 10 whose input is connected with delivery line 12 and output, with return line 13 and control line 14. The latter is connected with space 15 of regulator spring 8. Input of regulator is connected with delivery line 12 and, through channel 16, with space 17 of servopiston 5. Line 14 connects space 15 with line 13 when piston operates under nominal conditions and it connects space 15 with line 12 under load release conditions. EFFECT: simplified design, improved operation reliability. 3 dwg |
