PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively shorten the shape of a device, and reduce the number of part items more by providing a latch mechanism of the device with a rotatable cam shaft, of which front end is positioned between latch arms of the device. SOLUTION: A connector device includes a latch mechanism 70 for latching a plug header 36 with an IC card connector for locking. The latch mechanism 70 includes elastic latch arms 72, 74 projected forward from a header 36 main body 42. Furthermore, the latch mechanism 70 is provided with a cam shaft 40. The cam shaft 40 includes a cam part and a return stopper part 82, and integrally formed with a circular knob having a gear part 88 or a disc-shaped actuator 86. The cam shaft 40 can be turned from a first position for hindering the release of the IC card, which is connected to the connector device, from an input and output connector to a second position for displacing the arms 72, 74 inside, and as a result, the latch mechanism 70 can be released so as to enable the disconnection of the connector device for IC card.
