PURPOSE:To contrive to cool the mixing chamber, igniting plug and flame rod, also improve the durability and reliability by a method wherein an air cooling type structure is formed by protruding cooling pipes which support the igniting plug and the flame rod to the outside of a tank. CONSTITUTION:An igniting plug cooling pipe 16 and a flame rod cooling pipe 17 are communicated to the mounting side wall surface of a tank 1 of a mixing chamber 2, each cooling pipe is protruded to the outside of the tank 1, an igniting plug 18 and a flame rod 19 are inserted. Therefore, the wall surface of the mixing chamber 2 is cooled by making contact with a fluid to be heated except the mounting side wall surface of the tank 1, accordingly, the wall temperature is kept under lower value. As the mounting side wall surface of the tank 1 is not in contact with the fluid to be heated, the temperature of said wall surface is raised, the heat is transferred to the igniting plug cooling pipe 16 and the flame rod cooling pipe 17, while those cooling pipes are cooled by the open air. Thereby, the igniting plug 18 and the flame rod 19 are not affected by thermal influence even when the heat is transferred to the igniting plug 18 and the flame rod 19. Accordingly, the mixing chamber, igniting plug and flame rod are cooled efficiently. |
