It also has a lead (22) attached to one side of the insulating layer (17). A movable element (4) with a guide roller may be arranged in the recess (14). The flexible cable (3) is preferably wound in opposite directions along the inner cylindrical region and the outer cylindrical region and is reversed along the guide roller.
