An spinous metal particle(1), has spherical, cylindrical, polyhedral shaped outer profile which has sea urch in like or dendritic spinous structure and whose size is of about 2 to 15mm. When used, doctors can mix spinous metal particle having suitable quantity, size and shape with autologous or allogenetic broken bone particle and bone cement(3) and stir the mixture to make filler, then fill the defected site of bone with pressure to obtain the initial stability of the filler. In the recovery time after operation, the surrounding bone can be integratedly fused with the bone cement(3) and broken bone particle around the spinous metal particle(1) to form a support structure which has relative stability and biological activity, and the support structure can stimulate the flow of blood around the bone to promote the reparation of defected cartilage. |
