PURPOSE: To provide a coil mechanism of a magnetic resonance photographing device having a means to effectively insulate a noise of a gradient magnetic field coil. CONSTITUTION: A coil mechanism of a magnetic resonance photographing device which is provided with a magnetostatic field generating device 1, a gradient magnetic field coil 2 arranged in an inside space of the magnetostatic field generating device and a high-frequency coil 31 arranged in an inside space of the gradient magnetic field coil, is provided with a noiseinsulating member 33 to surround a peripheral surface of the high-frequency coil 31 by interposing a space 34 between them and a cooling system 5 to cool a space between the peripheral surfrace of the high-frequency coil 31 and the noise insulating member 33.
