PURPOSE: To improve the releasability of foods from food production machines, containers, packing materials, etc., and facilitate to wash the machines and containers by coating or spraying a specific composition on the machines, the containers, the packing materials, etc. CONSTITUTION: A composition comprising (A) 0.5-95wt.% of an oil or fat for foods, preferably the triglyceride of caprylic acid, capric acid or lauric acid and (B) an alcohol (preferably ethyl alcohol) having a water content of <5vol.%, preferably 3vol.%, is coated or sprayed. |
