PURPOSE: To provide a ventilation device which reduces fitting manhour and is useful for preventing water invasion. CONSTITUTION: This ventilation device is provided with a frame body 1 of which the outer size is larger than the opening part of a vehicle body panel and a plurality of exhaust ports (e) are openedly provided on the inner part, and an elastic seat plate 2 which is fitted to the frame body 1, enlarged in the outer size more than the opening part (d), and provided with tongue piece parts 21 capable of covering the respective exhaust ports (e) by forming slits 23 along the circumferential edges except the upper edges concerning the respective exhaust ports (e) in the inner part, and the frame body 1 is fitted to the opening part of the vehicle body panel through the elastic seat plate 2 from the vehicle room side. Hereby, the outer circumferential part 22 of the elastic seat plate 2 is pinchedly fitted, and the tongue piece parts 21 covering the exhaust ports (e) open the exhaust ports (e) according to rise of the pressure in the vehicle room. |
