PURPOSE: To provide a push-down head type pump which does not allow liquid to push open a discharge valve and leak even in the case where the internal pressure of a container increases, by constructing the pump so as to effect the pressure contact seal of the discharge valve by means of an elastic plate, and a seal of an external air-introducing through-hole by an annular piston. CONSTITUTION: A push-down head type liquid pouring pump is so constructed that, in a state that an actuating member 4 is lifted highest, a locking protruding line 23 provided peripherally at a lower part of an inner face of a stem 19 is closely locked to an underface of a locking protruding line 33 provided peripherally on an outer periphery of an upper part of a suction valve body 31, and that an upper edge of an annular piston 18 blocks up an opening of a gap between a threaded cylindrical part 15 fitted in an inner portion of the upper end of a cylinder 2 and an inner face of the cylinder to close an external air introducing through-hole 10 communicating to the gap. |
