<p>PURPOSE: To save electric power to be used by a blasting device by providing the above septic tank with a utilization degree detecting means for detecting the data on the number of users during the utilization of facilities and supplying the air of the quantity based on the detected data from the blasting device to the septic tank. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit 24 is so constituted that the circuit is capable of dealing with any of an electric power sensor 21, an illumination switch-on number counter 21A, a waterline flow meter 22 and a number-of-person counter 23. The circuit is composed of electronic circuits mainly consisting of a programmable controller and a microcomputer. A driving circuit 25 is connected to the control circuit 24. The driving circuit 25 receives the electric power supply from a commercial power source in accordance with the signal from the control circuit 24 and drives blowers 7, 8. A CT(current transformer) constituting part of the electric power sensor 21 detects the current passing the electric lamp trunk of a hotel and the signal outputted from the CT is subjected the signal conversion by a transducer in the electric power sensor 21 and is further inputted to a meter relay.</p> |
