The present invention is designed to achieve improved system performance in mobile communication in which many terminals that are present in the same moving object are involved (group mobility). The mobile communication system of the present invention has a first communication system, which features a user terminal (11) that is present in a moving object (10), a first radio base station (12) that forms a cell in the moving object (10), and a first core network (40) that is connected with an external network (50), and a second communication system, which features a radio mobile station that is provided in the moving object, a second radio base station (20) that forms a cell on the path of the movement of the moving object (10), and a second core network (60) that is connected with the second radio base station (20). The first radio base station (12) and the radio mobile station (20) are connected via a user-plane interface and a control-plane interface between the radio base stations and the core networks.
