PURPOSE: To facilitate installation of a hard wall material on a building frame without driving nails, etc. CONSTITUTION: To a building frameαconsisting of a new built or existing wall a hard wall material A is coupled in a spline joint form through an angle C and a rail B having a tumbled T-shape section provided with a gap. The rail B and wall material A are installed with a packing material D interposed, when no nail driving is made to the wall material A. The installation strength is enhanced by inserting a fixing member E fast in the gap, and also it is made possible to install without play.
