PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition containing a specific copolymer rubber and a low molecular weight (colpolymer in a specific ratio, excellent in impact resistance and gloss in a bright surface without harming its weatherability and solvent resistance, and useful for an interior and an outside parts in an automobile, etc. CONSTITUTION: This crosslinked rubber latex composition contains (A) 100 pts.wt. copolymer of ethylene, anα-olefin and an unconjugated polyene consisting of ethylene, a 3-20Cα-olefin and a compound of the formula (R<1> is a 1-5C alkyl; R<2> , R<3> are each H or R<1> ; n is 1-5) and also forming crosslinks, and (B) 2-30 pts.wt. low molecular weight (co)polymer consisting of a (unsaturated carboxylic acid based compound modified) low molecular weight polyethylene and a low molecular weight copolymer of a (unsaturated carboxylic acid-based compound modified) ethylene and anα-olefin.
