PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method of a cylindrical body by which the productivity can be improved by eliminating a process for returning back temp. to the room temp. in the interval between a drying process and a heating process. CONSTITUTION: This manufacturing method is provided with a working process for working the inside in the end part of the cylindrical member W2 and the connecting part of a flange member W1 into the size to be subjected to interference fit, an expanding diameter process for applying the interference fit to the inside in the end part of the cylindrical member W2 and the connecting part of the flange member W1 by heating the end part of the cylindrical member W2 to a prescribed temp. to expand the diameter, and an inserting process for inserting the connecting part of the flange member W1 into the inside in the end part of the cylindrical member W2 during cooling the end part of the cylindrical member W2. In the expanding diameter process, the temp. of the cylindrical member W1 is measured, and the end part of the cylindrical member W2 is heated by the difference between an estimating temp. in the end part of the cylindrical member W2 obtd. from the temp. of the measured position and a target temp. to expand the diameter. |
