The clamping system is embraced by two parts in the manner of tongs. The clamping system related to at least one direction (24), is decoupled vertically to the movement direction of the deflectable test head part (3) forcibly by the stationary part (2) or the moving part. The clamping system works in conjunction with a deflectable part (13) in the movement direction (z) of the deflectable test head part (3), yet rigidly in at least one other direction. That the stationary part (2) connected together with the deflectable part (3) of the scanning head, and the deflectable part (13) is fixed with one end at the stationary or moving part (2,3) and is clamped with the other end.
