Motor rotational angle control device for four-wave imbalance vibrations

The device generates and distributes nominal value signals for angle of rotation of motors on the shafts, controlled by the regulators. The figure shows the four shafts (W1,W2,W3,W4) with their setting and drive motors (M1/M2) working according to a given relation and with their regulating units (RE1/RE2) again in a certain relation for controlling the RPM and the angle of rotation. Each shaft or group of shafts has angle measuring equipment (WM1/WM2 etc). The vibrators are controlled by the nominal values (IE1/IE2) of the average RPM and average acceleration. At least one of the motors follows the guide motor and the regulating units (RE) are under the overall control of the control unit (SE) for initial values.
