<p>In a wire feeding mechanism, a pair of encoder rollers (121, 122) are disposed between a pair of first feed rollers (141, 142) and a pair of second feed rollers (131, 132). The outer diameter of the first feed rollers (141, 142) is set larger than that of the second feed rollers (131, 132) so as to apply a tensile force to the wire between the first feed rollers (141, 142) and the second feed rollers (131, 132).
