The device comprises a lower frame, and a restraint to secure the objects located on the lower frame against sliding. The restraint comprises a tensioning frame which runs in a sliding guide and which straddles the top of the objects. The frame is connected to the sliding guide via a compression spring operating on the frame in the direction to open it, as well as via a tensioning device operating against the force of the spring.
