A container has a coverplate which has an opening cut in it, and in which a jet pipe is inserted. The jet pipe has a thickened front end. A seal is located in the opening of the coverplate, and is of an elastic material which folds outwards and which seals against the jet pipe and/or the opening. The seal and/or the opening has a recess which has sealing contact against the outer circumference of the jet pipe. A retaining element for the seal is fixed in the opening, and is of circular form, snapping into position in the opening.
