METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF ENVIRONMENT POLLUTION INTENSITY

FIELD: medicine, ecology. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of phenol concentration in a single urine portion in children. Children were divided for two subgroups: 1) at phenol concentration below 15 pg/ml and 2) at phenol concentration above 15 pg/ml. High degree of environment pollution is detected if children number in the 2-d subgroup is above 30%. EFFECT: increased precision, economy and rate of assay.
