<p>A novel powdered hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin composition having a centred particle size distribution free of fine particles and a substantially enhanced solubility in aqueous media. The composition further has good flowability and has the advantage of being compressible. A method for preparing said powdered hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin composition is also disclosed.</p> |
