FIELD: keeping city streets and aerodrome field clean. SUBSTANCE: device includes casing 1, shaft 2 installed on the casing. Tappers 10 are secured to the shaft using levers 9. Additional shaft 3 with cranks 20 is provided. Shaft 2 has cams 7. Levers 9 are put on using sleeves 8. Bearing areas 19 are there on the levers. Cranks are interacted periodically with the areas to cock springs 15. The strikers spring loaded by the springs to road covering, and to reject the strikers from the road covering. When loosing engaging of the cranks and supports areas under the action of cocked springs, the strikers hit monolithic ice or compacted snow.
