FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery, neuropathology, neonatology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with scanning of cerebrospinal liquid using sectoral, convection and intraoperational detectors in conventional section planes. Blood presence in gastric system increases relative density of cerebrospinal liquid and alters its protein and electrolytic content. "Snow flakes" syndrome is visualized by neurosonography that is large-point echo-positive inclusions. Liquor protein level is increased above 0.6 g/l. EFFECT: reduced traumaticity and lethality due to therapy correction, higher accuracy of diagnostics. |
