FIELD: motor oil filters. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil filters in internal combustion engines. Method offers a procedure allowing fabrication of filters from worked out old ones by renewing them, which provides reliable sealing of filter, and, owing to rubber ring with mouth placed inside the filter casing, filter is always filled with oil on stopping engine, which prolongs capacity of the latter. Sealing of worked out filter is not broken and its interior is taken out through opening in the filter bottom, which, after filter is washed out and refilled, is tightly plugged. Filter size remains the same as before renewing operation. Outside filter casing along a mark sign over the ring mouth, a magnet plate is placed to trap metal particles from oil. They settle down on the casing inside the filter. EFFECT: achieved efficient renewing of worked out equipment. |
