<p>Rolling mill housing without frame with location pieces which can be pivoted round cylindrical pegs, the longitudinal axes of which are in the same plane as the roll axles but at right angles to them, and which are held in position by adjustable nuts, the threads of which are running counter each other and permit the driving of the pegs to change the roll gap by the usual methods. In addition the pegs are spring loaded such as to absorb the rolling pressure, lids being fitted on the top and bottom over these springs.</p> |
