FIELD: steam condensing systems. SUBSTANCE: steam condensing plant has condenser whose housing outer wall 1 and inner wall 2. Chamber bounded by walls is divided into chambers A and B by partition 3. Chamber A is used for outer section 4 of coil and chamber B is used for inner section 5. Partition 3 is connected with end wall 6 where support 7 for thermometer 8 is located. Branch pipe 10 is secured in circuit blank 9 and branch pipe 11 is secured in wall 1. Lower ends of walls 1 and 2 are secured in bottom 12 under which sleeve 13 connected with branch pipe 14 is located. Dropping bottle 15 secured in bottom has inclined lower end 16 and upper end 17 with horizontal face. End 16 is brought out to chamber of sleeve 13 and upper end is brought out to cup-shaped condensate receiver 18. Body 20 of condensate extraction regulator is secured to bottom by means of branch pipe 19. Body 20 is brought in communication with condensate receiver 18 by means of branch pipe 19; upper point of branch pipe is located below end 17. Adjusting needle which consists of sections 22, 23 and 24 is mounted in body 20. Connected with section is rod 25 passed through sealing gasket 26 and provided with control knob 27. Dropping bottle 28 located in lower portion of body 20 is brought out to inspection chamber 29 which is brought in communication with tube 30 of heat exchanger-cooler. Tube 30 is secured on chamber by means of support 31 and is mounted in housing 32 forming chambers 33 for cooling the liquid which is fed via branch pipe 34 and is discharged via branch pipe 35. Lower end of tube 30 is brought in communication with condensate collecting reservoir 36 by means of 38 passed through cover 39. Reservoir 36 is brought in communication with air duct 42 by means of tube 40 through pipe union 41. Cooling liquid escapes from coil through branch pipe 43. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg |
