METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OVEN TEMPERATURE OF COKE OVEN AND OPERATION OF COKE GUIDE DUST-COLLECTOR IN DISCHARGING OF COKE OVEN

PURPOSE: To provide a method for controlling an oven temperature and a method for operating a dust collector based on determination information obtained by quantitatively estimating the dust generation and the flame generation degrees with time during the process for pushing out coke from a carbonization chamber and receiving the coke in a coke bucket. CONSTITUTION: The background color formed by a light source or solar light is picked up with a camera 13 at a height just above the upper edge of a bucket on a bucket truck 7 or a tractor cart for receiving red-hot coke, the image is divided into pixels, the intensity of each pixel relative to the level before the reception of the coke is integrated over the whole image to obtain the change of the average luminance value with time, the light-shielding degree caused by the dust generating in receiving the coke is quantitatively converted into an index, the temperature distribution in a combustion chamber is accurately controlled based on the dust generation index information to ensure the target carbonization degree at each part in the carbonization chamber and the suction air flow of the dust collector is controlled to improve the dust collection efficiency.
