CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing cylindrical films for forming cylindrical films while transferring a long film 4 and forming an overlap 7 with both ends 4a, 4b gathered includes a sensing means 2 for sensing a shift in a peripheral direction of the film 4 from a predetermined position and a position control means 6 for receiving a sensing signal from the sensing means 2 to move the film 4 in a peripheral direction and control so that the overlap 7 is at a predetermined position.</p> |
