摘要 PURPOSE: To eliminate the use of a solvent, which had been conventionally indispensable to form a protective film, and the disadvantage of using a wet cleaning process. CONSTITUTION: A porous ceramic sintered compact is solidified by being impregnated with an organic film forming material for optical parts which is volatile in a vacuum. A polyethylene wax or a silicone resin compound is exemplified as the organic film forming material. As a result, the porous ceramic sintered compact solidified by being impregnated with the film forming material by vaporizing the organic film forming material to be stuck and solidified without using any solvent is provided. The quantity of the film forming material is controlled by adjusting the size of ceramic or the viscosity of solution and a fixed quantity is always supplied to a vacuum deposition device fixed in the quantity of a material to be treated necessary for exerting the action.
