摘要 PURPOSE: To precisely control an ink pump so that the flow rate reaches a specified flow rate by charging an ink jet using a constant direct current voltage to measure a jet current. CONSTITUTION: In an ink pump starting step S2, a jet current I is measured while increasing a pressure quickly until a jet current I reaches a jet current I0 corresponding to a specified flow rate Q0 (step S21), and it is determined whether the measured jet current I is a higher value than the jet current I0 stored as a nozzle parameter (step S23). Unless the jet current I is a higher value than the jet current I0 , the control is returned to step S21 to repeat steps S21 to S23. If the jet current I reaches a value higher than the jet current I0 , the specified flow rate Q0 is obtained. In this case, the step is controlled at a constant pressure at the time of the normal flow Q0 (step S24), and the operation proceeds to a printing step S3.
