PURPOSE: To surely inform charging conditions by the use of a display part even in the case where the charging voltage of a built-in secondary battery of the slave unit of a cordless telephone set is lowered. CONSTITUTION: When the charging voltage of the secondary battery 3 is lowered, reset signals are generated by a reset generation part 10, and when the reset signals are detected by a main control part 11, the main control part 11 controls a power supply switching part 7 and selects and switches a power supply voltage from a charging circuit 1 voltage-adjusted by a second luminance adjustment part 6 as a voltage to supplied to an indicator 8. Further, by turning the output of the indicator to 'L', when the slave unit is mounted on a battery charger, by controlling a current generated from the charging circuit 1 based on the charging voltage supplied accompanying the mounting to the battery charger by a charging control part 2, while the secondary battery 3 is charged, the indicator 8 is lighted by the power supply voltage generated by the adjustment of the charging voltage from the charging circuit 1 by the second luminance adjustment. |
