PURPOSE: To reduce occurrence of momentary interruption of speech by sequentially selecting a radio base station connecting to a mobile communication terminal equipment while keeping a signal channel having already been selected by an adjacent radio base station and a slot position in a radio transmission channel. CONSTITUTION: While a mobile communication terminal equipment 100 makes communication, the terminal equipment 100 roams among radio zones 200a-200c by radio base stations 400a-400c sequentially. In this case, according to a prescribed time calculated by a mobile speed of the equipment 100 estimated in advance, the radio base stations 400a-400c allocate frequencies of transmission channels 300a-300c and channel time slots used by the terminal equipment 100 under the control of the radio base stations 400a-400c being moving sources automonously. Furthermore, a signal channel 500 and a communication slot for the channel having been using by the terminal equipment 100 under the control of the radio base stations 400a-400c being moving sources are allocated for the radio base stations 400a-400c and the terminal equipment 100. Thus, the channel 500 and the communication slots of the transmission channels 300a-300c used by the terminal equipment 100 are the same among the radio base stations 400a-400c.
