METHOD OF EARLY DIAGNOSTICS OF ACUTE TUBERCULOSIS OF PERIPHERAL LYMPH NODES

FIELD: medicine, phthisiology. SUBSTANCE: well-known conventional diagnostic methods based upon results of histological and bacteriological trials at operationally removed lymph nodes are time-consuming and prolonged. Known method of biochemical diagnostics of acute tuberculosis of peripheral lymph nodes does not indicate test sensitivity and specificity that makes it impossible to evaluate actual diagnostic importance. For earlier diagnostics it is estimated the level of blood serum adenosinedesaminase comparing it with threshold value. If the latter is increased acute tuberculosis of peripheral lymph nodes is diagnosed. EFFECT: the method enables to reduce the terms of diagnostics.
