FIELD: automotive industry; suspensions of buses. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic suspension spring has flexible shell connected by one end to sprung portion of vehicle through flange and ring and coupled through other end with hollow piston connected to unsprung portion of vehicle. Suspension has also shock absorber and support. Surface of piston to which shock absorber, in form of truncated cone, is connected is made in form of end face of truncated cone in center of which one hole is arranged. More than one different diameter holes are located on cone surface. These holes communicate shell and piston spaces. Seating places for shell on ring and piston are provided with chamfer whose angle is equal to angle of chamfer of corresponding seating surfaces of flexible shell, angle of chamfer of shock absorber outer surface being from 44 to 46 degrees, piston cone being from 80 to 85 degrees and chamfer of seats being from 1 to 2 degrees. Piston is made of steel containing vanadium and nitrogen, ratio from 3:1 to 4:1. EFFECT: reduced manufactured and mounting cost of spring suspension, increased load capacity of bus and service life of suspension. |
