FIELD: instrument making. SUBSTANCE: hot-wire sensor has housing, major air duct made up as a Venturi pipe mounted inside the housing, measuring temperature-sensitive resistor working zone of which is in the converging device, and flow straightener. The outer side of the major air duct is provided with two ribs. The chambers are connected with the converging device through a by- pass. The inlet of the by-pass is the ring slot. The outlet of the by-pass is a row of openings arranged over periphery at the nearest site of the air duct. The measuring temperature-sensitive resistor is connected through wires with the electronic circuit of the output signal shaper mounted on a board. The flow straightener is made up as channels on the sides of converging device that face working surfaces of the measuring temperature- sensitive resistor oriented in the direction of the flow. The baffles between the channels can be in a contact with the working surfaces of the measuring temperature- sensitive resistor or be in the vicinity of them. A distance between the baffles does not exceed 0.5 of the width of the working zone of the measuring temperature- sensitive resistor. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
