PURPOSE:To prevent dangerous sympathetic vibration of two axles in an automatic reversal rotor by making natural frequencies of two collet axles differ from each other by 5% to 20%. CONSTITUTION:Each of two sets of collets C of a winder has a collet body 1, a collet axle 2, a bearing support cylinder 3, a front bearing 4 and a front cap 5. To give both collet axles 2 different frequencies, for example, material of the cap 5 in one collet is made to be alluminum alloy, while the other to be steel. Or, collet axle diameters between the bearings are made different, or the rigidities of the front bearings are made different between the two. Thus, by making natural frequencies of both collet axles differ from each other by 5% to 20%, dangerous sympathetic vibration of the two axles can be prevented. |
