PURPOSE: To produce a polymerized liposome capable of retaining stability of preparation such as cryopreservation, stability in blood, etc., suppressing change in quality of a medicine contained. CONSTITUTION: In this production of a polymerized liposome by polymerizing a liposome containing a medicine in an inner water phase and a polymerizable phospholipid in a membrane constituent component by irradiation with active energy rays such asγ-rays, etc., 0.05g/dl to 50g/dl of a water-soluble compound having a free radical scavenging ability such as a protein, peptide, amino acid, aromatic compound, water-soluble vitamins, nucleotides, metal chelating agent, etc., is made to exist. |
